Matt founded the Santa Sells Houses Real Estate Team, establishing a dominant presence in Southwestern Ontario. He now joins Ryan and the MRG team. Matt’s commitment to excellence encompasses innovative approaches and personalized service for clients.

Matt’s journey in real estate began at 18 when he bought his first rental property, showing his early dedication to the industry. Recognized for his real estate skills and philanthropy, Matt stands out for his innovative approach to customer appreciation and community engagement. Always pushing the boundaries in real estate, Matt’s natural inclination is to think outside the box.

Whether it’s building relationships with customers or getting involved in the London community, Matt is always eager to break away from the norm and create his own path. This commitment to innovation extends beyond work into his personal life.

Outside the office, Matt values family time with his wife, Tara, and sons, Gavin and Ethan, along with their pets. A lover of gardening and the outdoors, Matt enjoys spending time in his backyard. A self-proclaimed Elon Musk fan, Matt’s enthusiasm extends to all things Tesla and SpaceX, proudly driving what he affectionately calls the “Tesleigh.”

In addition to his real estate ventures, Matt is also one of the founders of Locorum, a small business rewards platform designed to support the local business community.

What is your favourite movie of all time?

Star Wars… the old ones.

What is your spirit animal and why?

Definitely a Wolf. Love their qualities of power, loyalty, teamwork, and love for the wild.

What's your hidden talent?

I can tell time from the shadow off a light post during the summer.

What's your go-to, feel-good food?

Homemade Pasta with Homemade sauce- it’ all about that homemade touch!

What would be the one thing you would take to a desert island?

Assuming it can’t be a person… I’d bring a music playing device that also runs on solar.

Where is your favourite place on earth?

Somewhere with trees and water, like a pond with a waterfall. It doesn’t have to be big. I just like the sound of a river and maybe some mountains.

What do you do to relax outside of work?

Hang out in my cabana with the peacefulness of the waterfall running in the pond.

Can you tell us one thing about you that might surprise people?Star

While backpacking in Europe, I participated in the running of the bulls and ended up being rushed to the hospital.
