We don’t just go further to give you a personal service, either. We go further to make sure that your house is sold for the most amount of money in the least amount of time.

And that all starts with the valuation. When it comes to valuing a house, most agents look at recent sales and pick a price for your house that they think will sell easiest, not the price your home is actually worth or the most you could get.

Instead, our agents take their time to really go through your house and get an idea of where it sits in your area’s pricing window. That means doing a comparative market analysis to figure out the market value of the neighbourhood, using our price estimator tool and calculating the appreciation of your house since you bought it.

That way, we reach an accurate figure for your home that helps us make sure that you get the most amount of money.

Then, once we’ve settled on the right price for your house, we get to work selling it.

Now, with most agents, you’ll get the three Ps: putting a sign on the front lawn, putting it on MLS and praying somebody else sells it.

But that’s not us, because that’s not the level of service you deserve.

Our job doesn’t finish until your house is sold, so we get to work prospecting and price-watching.

That means we’ll go door-to-door looking for buyers, calling neighborhoods, creating 3D tours of your house, holding open houses, marketing on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
